AITA for leaving my girlfriend alone in the ER to go workout?

There's a thousand comments already, but YTA. I've been on her side. I injured myself playing sports and needed to go to the hospital. I called my roommate to pick me up, because he could drive me to the hospital in my car (I drive a stick). He Ubered, helped me to the car, waited until I was seen, and said he was going to drive my car home, rearrange the cars in the driveway and come back with his car. He got home and saw that my girlfriend was there and asked if she would pick me up instead. She told me roommate no and that he could come pick me up.

We're married now, and that was kind of a one-time thing, but I've never forgotten it that I was in the ER and she wouldn't come to pick me up. I've never mentioned it to her again either, it just still hurts years later.
