[AMA Request] Vladimir Putin - President of the Russian Federation.

I'm very busy, but sure. Just these questions since you asked politely.

1. How do you see Russia compared to other countries when it comes to economy, infastructure, and military?

Russia does not seek to compare itself to other countries. Other nations seek to draw us into some insane chest thumping competition, but we have a different vision.

We want a strong and independent Russia, not a prosperous slave state of the West. We want Russia to be for Russians, and that's the whole story.

We have a mighty military as history has proven and will continue to modernize and act as a peace keeping force in our hemisphere. Ultimately, we seek the same goals as our neighbors (and yes, even the USA) but our difference is that we will kneel for no nation.

Economically we are going to endure some hardship, but the spirit of the Russian people is strong. We will overcome this temporary setback, primarily fueled by the childishness of the West.

2. How do you envision Russia in the future?

Russia will be one of the last free nations. Instead of incentivizing laziness, we will reward those who work hard and contribute to the greater nation.

We will continue to develop industry and create our own technologies to rival those of the West.

Russia in the future will be a utopia that few will be granted access too.

3. How has your past contributed to your past/ present actions and desicions?

We were strong since we were born and it has taught us to be even stronger. Our nation's past has shown us one thing: capitulation and weakness breed disaster. Our decisions are based on mutual respect for our global neighbors while securing the freedom for ourselves and our allies.

4. Have you ever regretted not doing something that has had big consequences? Whether in politics or or just important in your personal life?

Alina. I'm sorry, you deserved better.

That is all that will be said about this matter.

5. What effects your decisions when it comes to Ukraine and the uprising?

Crimea has a long a deep history with Russia. When the west instituted it's puppet Ukrainian government, the Russian people nor it's government were fooled. For a few years they will sling mid at us, but the Crimea region is ours and will continue to be so for a hundred years thanks to our bold action.

Make no mistake, Russia is no invader and we hold no ill will towards any nation, least of all Ukraine. But when you compromise your nations integrity, you should not expect that Russia will bleed alongside you.

Now if you'll excuse me, I am a very busy man.
