Yeah. They do whatever they want it seems. My doctor told me he can't report it but he can only report when someone has HIV and other people are at risk of being infected so there's nothing really he can do except recommend the vaccine. A guy I know from the area I live told me a few months ago that he's certain he has HPV in his throat and I laughed at him and asked him why!?!? He said he's had pain and that he has gone down on EVERY single he's been with on tinder (100's of girls). He went to a specialist who diagnosed him with cancerous HPV in his throat and he had to get it removed but lost his voice because the cancer was on his vocal cords. He doesn't have a voice now. He's only 25. Even when he suspected he had it he still went down on the girls he hooked up with. Fucking reckless.
