Are there any IFers here that do a high carb diet?

I do. I eat lentils, brown rice, beans, potatoes, lots of greens and fruit everyday. I'm a uni student so I basically live on stews and soups. I also get some sort of animal protein source everyday (eggs, canned fish or chicken breast) but the majority of my protein comes from carb sources.

The only problem I've faced with my high-carb diet is that I can't get an accurate scale weigh-in because the carbs cause bloating and water weight. So I water-fast for 24-36 hours which gets rid of the water and bloating and then do my weigh-in and always see results.

22F I do 5:2 with water fasts on Tues + Thurs and 16:8 on feeding days. HW when I started CICO: 85kg (21 March 2017) When I started IF: 74kg (21 July 2017) CW: 65.5kg (21 Feb 2018) GW: 56kg and on track to get there by July-end.
