Honestly probably like 4-5k above maintenance

I'm 6'1", full time student, work part time at a stand around job so that's my activity level

The first picture I was 222 around 10%bf , the second was taken 10 days later 7 days into 7-8k calories and the start of a Tren Ace blast and around 13% probably but you can see the bloat I get just from the massive amount of carbs and the lines in my legs begin to disappear

The only personal advantages I find to clean bulking is it's easier on health markers in blood work, but if I do 15min of cardio a day, which is easy cuz I go to a big college campus and have to bicycle around they generally stay in good ranges, other then that dirty bulks make me look fucking huge and swole as fuck, the bottom of my abs will fade slightly by week 12 and my legs turn into balloons but other then that I don't hold very much fat elsewhere and I find it pretty easy to get diced back up when it's time to cruise

I've tried clean bulking and it just doesn't give the fast increases in muscle mass like pounding food like it's the end of the world does for me and I was always a skinny Lurpy kid, when I started lifting I was 6'1 170lbs so I gotta feed myself a fuck ton to keep growing

I'm also a powerlifter so getting a little fatter isn't a bad thing for me but I've never been truly fat and imo I don't think I've ever broke 18%bf, plus I cut for my cruises and rebound at the beginning of blast and always end up looking even better every time
