No, I’m equating it with you not being able to discuss objectionable facts without being clouded by what I assume is highly strung emotions, especially during the current climate. I laid out the facts and explained why this shooting is justified. There is no room for opinion in what I said. Case law is very specific in that it is typically based off of a “reasonable officer” standard, and any “reasonable officer” would have done the same in this situation. Does this shooting look bad? Sure, especially now given all that’s going on. But it is justified, and that is not up for discussion (except for when people blatantly spew false information).
