I have been cutting and training harder than ever and I simply can't lose weight

Also gonna sound like I'm repeating other comments I read one and I agree. I don't really see any weight there is to lose? Why are you sucking in your stomach so much bro lol it looks funny, anyways I'm guessing your not challenging your muscles in the right way. I think what you need to realize is you do not want to lose weight. You want to get more definition. I think the main problem is you are not doing muscle gaining exercises, pushups and pullups get you so far. If you want to lose weight go run a lot and lift weights to maintain muscle. Also a lot of people have a natural bodyweight that is where your body is supposed to be at/most efficient and comfortable for your lifestyle. Imagine the kind of lifestyle someone has and how they look without having to weight train. I am part time tile guy and my forearms are the strongest thing on my body I could break bricks with them. Btw you can't gain muscle on a deficit! I was once ripped for a short period of time, squatting up to 3 plates on each side, bench press, rows, pullups with weights attached, pushups that are made more difficult(feet up, doing pushups right after bench set), deadlifts, cleans and/or press, and of course I did ab rolling, weighted decline crunches. Make sure you focus on the form and squeeze the muscles, lateral raises, dips, make sure you get a good pump going your muscle for example your bicep after curls should feel literally swollen. Then eat some more but healthy, I think you need more carbs too its a basic source of energy
