Bernie Sanders slides to third in Iowa Poll as fewer respondents view him favorably

He's running the best campaign, and I mean that objectively. Go check out the Sanders subreddit and Slack, to check out how active we are compared to other campaigns.

Check out Bernie's schedule, which on a week to week basis, has more events than any other candidate.

And check out his YouTube page, which is criminally underrated. The campaign livestreams every event and does great videos. Again, of higher quality and quantity than any other campaign (at least of the one's I've kept up with).

The fact of the matter is that the media ignores all the good this campaign does. Yeah, they talk about him a lot, but even when it's positive, it's always followed with a statement implying he can't win. Or that he needs to do "more work" and "reach out more". Coverage of Bernie always comes with a disclaimer and a qualifier.

And some of us are on disbelief because specifically in Iowa, we've put in the work. We've knocked more doors and made more phone calls than there are Democrats in Iowa (no exaggeration), and yet the campaign is still falling behind in Iowa.

That tells me the media is too powerful in their influence. Three months of fluff pieces and regurgitated talking points is all it took...

Personally, I'm about to call it quits. Bernie can win without Iowa, yeah, but the media narrative if he does lose Iowa will be even more insurmountable. So fuck it.
Corporate approved incrementalism and means tested programs will be the best we'll ever do.
