I'm not reading it again but I'm pretty sure he just says once he's free he just uses his influence to corrupt it, not actually swim over there. Even if thats not the case then fine I was wrong, my only point in that regard was that he didn't actually need to swim to achieve the same outcome.
It was clearly a mistake because it wasn't effective. I tried to make a joke and it seems to have caused a misunderstood view of me being on a high horse which is ironic given your the one being on a high horse now with your "Stop being in denial mate, its OK to be wrong." "How very mature."
You didn't "proved" that he clearly thought that because you can't prove what another person thought without their input.
