It’s a whole lot. If both democrats and republicans can together challenge the fossil fuel companies and challenge the pharmaceutical industry, that would be a start. 15 dollar per hour minimum wage while increasing made in America manufacturing and going against Putin in Russia is heading in the right direction. However, I do feel personally that it is going to be hard won and is going to require grit based sacrifices that put together a combined effort between officials and other American citizens that sets a difficult standard with the right actions containing a certain constant mindset without distraction. To bring virtues back into the forefront of our lives like wisdom, courage, kindness, and strength with regard for others. To develop a social culture of everyday life’s mundane grinds beyond the self. For me personally I’m like, wwhhheeew breathe man. Breathe. Im so used to the empty void of nihilism as a cope and to let go of nothingness or pessimistic misanthropy will be a great sense of true personal growth that right now is alien or foreign to much of my responses to this existential thing called life. How the generation of the 30s, 40s, and 50s did it is beyond me today even when hearing my relatives talk about their experiences. Kings, dictators, and communists all fell by having to face the void of eternal oblivion and realized its not our world far too late or not at all. Yes, humans occupy space in the world but cannot own it. None of my more recent family members and definitely not my friends will get that either. Loneliness is the least of that hard problem though. The truth? Its the acts of the ordinary men and women that must change things quicker than those that merely claim greatness. Character, not reputation will proceed them. Some claim it is by divine providence while others follow this view in secular terms, but both groups may agree to asking tougher philosophical questions like tell me a time you overcame your greatest fear or is it better to act on logical reasoning or is intuition better here? None of us are not familiar with evil, suffering, or conflict in being in the world, but damn not being the only one helps and of course none of us are the only one. Thats another fantasy or lie called lost savior syndrome(Hollywood is good at this), amongst others such as the grand special destiny fallacy or the just world fallacy. What “group” do I belong to? Hmm, I tried to “belong” to each human group and felt that none had the answer entire so I have no sociological self grouping in mind, which runs counter to being born with a physical body. The nameless because one persons God will always be the other persons devil. Who’s got that answer? I sure would like to know the truest ultimate one, but I haven’t heard one yet, and so I live with a lot of questions. There has not been a world unity that has lasted. Hell, even an American unity will require a lot but perhaps is more achievable and practical than the whole self as a global/earth/space like citizen identity based on 13.7 billion years of cosmic history.
