Blizzard should consider awarding double XP at some point during this event

I'm not really talking about the people saying "they're free, stop complaining". There are people in here being called fanboys for explaining why this isnt in the interest of blizzard.

They're people that bought the base game, and think skins are just cosmetics. They just understand blizzard is a company first, but that's just being a fanboy apparently.

Basically, they're fanboys for thinking skins are extra, and they're harder to get for a reason, and that blizzard hasn't don't a double weekend for a reason

I'm not even saying I agree with these people, but to just say their opinion are invalid and they're just being fanboys is toxic. They're looking at the events from the business side of things, and bringing that to the discussion. There are actually fanboys here, but the ones with a legitimate point are being lumped in with them.

Personally, I think the events are getting produced pretty fast, and it's definitely having a toll now. I'm personally in favor of making event loot boxes have a higher chance of event items, removing all non event items from lootboxs, or at the very least making all legendaries in event loot boxes have to be from that event.

The rate at which theyre producing these events vs actually giving new permanent content needs to be better. I think they either need to chill with the events, or start producing things that stay in the main game each event. we haven't even had a new skin since eichenwalde!

If we didn't have people to bring up opposing points, and why blizzard wouldn't do this would just make this post one big circlejerk. I don't think having a different opinion than the majority should be considered being a fanboy, but Ive been seeing that a lot in this sub lately. We should be encouraging discussion, not a big echo chamber.
