Bob Costas revealed to ESPN that his comments on concussions got him taken off NBC's Super Bowl broadcast

No. The first diagnosis happened 40 years later. That’s like saying cancer didn’t exist in the 1,200s because doctors thought they had humors. CTE clearly existed it just went undiagnosed. Sometimes medical professionals learn new shit. Not a hard concept.

You countered what I said by reaffirming it, if you wanted to actually counter my assertion you'd offer up a player from the old days who was believed to possibly have CTE, you didn't do that because you're simple.

You can keep trying to insult me, but one, I won’t take the bait, and two, that’s literally not true at all. I’ve demonstrated that I have a knowledge of how the game looked back then. You’re more than welcome to do the same instead of making bs up.

wut

You referenced a formation you hear about quite often in media, that proving your deep knowledge of the old game? Uhhhhhh

Watch interviews of players who played in the era where form tackle was still the norm when they were in high school. Donovan, Bednarik, Baugh all were whip smart, gentle nice old men well into their 80s. Gifford had a well known, horrible concussion and the only crime he ever committed was being a serial cheater. Would love to hear about guys in the old era who had suspected CTE!
