Buttigieg, White House face backlash in aftermath of Ohio derailment

The only party capable of fixing these things are Democrats, it's a standing order that Republicans suck.

Now ask yourself why didn't the Obama administration include hazmat in their ECP regs? What prevented them from doing that? What's preventing the Biden admin from revisiting this in the very likely event Congress does nothing? "Shit, can't do anything," is an acceptable answer? They claim HR22 is preventing them but I've not seen any evidence to support that claim. I'm not a Republican. Being critical of Democratic leadership doesn't mean I hate Democrats, I just want them to do better.

Centrists want, even demand incremental change. Clearly that doesn't always get the job done.
