California groom killed by wedding crashers

That’s just cause to fix the way it’s implemented, not remove it outright. We can all agree these two dudes here are trash? Let’s say they’re 20 years old & live to be 60 in jail. Fix the process, keep the death penalty. & add a clause that puts that money of the typical expectancy of life minus the prisoners age into something that can fix these issues. Better school, better anything? Those pay raises we want for teachers? There’s 737 death row inmates at a cost of $81,000 per year that’s 59 million dollars. 59, per year. We’re talking 59 billion over the course of ten. That would’ve covered high speed rail alone.
