what I think the problem is, is that the republicans need to definitively separate from white nationalists / religious fanaticism / anarchists / corporatists in order to get back to their roots

they won't do this though, cause it splits their voter base in half, which is politically advantageous to Democrats. so Democrats have to go extreme with rhetoric, and cast you all as supporting and enabling this behavior since you won't outright condone it.

so our base argument boils down to whether or not we think it's best to enable right wing extremists, or fracture the current GOP and allow the DNC to have control until the GOP recovers
