Noise, banging, thumping of feet yelling is what kids do. All of them. Tons of energy with nowhere to go. If the walls are really shaking, it’s time to find a building to live in that isn’t likely to collapse in the near future from a couple little kids running around.

Go buy a house. No more worrying about noise from other tenants. Problem solved. Easily enough. Oh wait Housing prices are at the highest point ever. People everywhere are priced out unable to buy. Sounds like those kids don’t have the most responsible parents. At this point, considering how hard it is to rent or buy in some places, at least those kids aren’t homeless sleeping in a car in a parking lot somewhere.
