Honestly, it was just fear mixed with being teenagers. All of us are still minors, and some of our parents didn’t know we were out that late, so as you can imagine calling the cops was heavily discouraged by some of my friends. I just talked to 311 and am getting a call back from APD in the morning to make a report. Now that I’m thinking this over, they were most likely up there to steal shit from cars. It’s hard to imagine they would even know we were there, since the car was off, and they left immediately when we turned it on. It’s also hard to believe they would try to mug 6 people, 3 of them being dudes. Maybe I’m just making it sound worse than it was, but regardless everyone should still be cautious.
