Kind of. I think some cis women wish that. In my real life, I don't know a single cis woman who wants genitals or sex organs at all. Every woman I know would take a free hysterectomy, vaginectomy, top surgery, etc. if it were offered to them. But that's not exactly the same thing.

I thought I may have a highly self selected friend group, (selection bias) but when I asked on reddit, most cis women answered the same way, that they had experienced severe discomfort with their primary and secondary sex characteristics, to the point of wanting surgery...until they got older (usually 40+) and "learned to love their bodies".
