Cop tries to get black woman arrested

1) Why is the video time cropped?

It either starts too late, or ends too early. Not enough context.

2) The officer is pointing at chips from the paint on the front bumper and simply asking if that damage was involved or not. Seems like a fair question to someone investigating a motor vehicle accident. Angles do mean everything when determining who's at fault and exactly what happened.

3) Unless someone was driving dangerously and erratically or under the influence most accidents aren't going to result in anyone getting arrested.

4) At no point did the officer make any insinuation of who's at fault or mentioned any charge that would result in an arrest.

More information and context is needed to determine what's happening here, who's at fault, and if the officer is being unjust.
