This is sort of another misconception. I believe Adam and Eve were initially created in God’s image (which doesn’t mean perfect or without flaw or whatever) but after they disobeyed got and got kicked out of the garden of Eden the world was for lack of a better word was cursed. Sickness, disease, painful childbirth, man having to live by the sweat of his back etc. And the act and idea of life and death is viewed ever different by Christians and those that aren’t. There’s no doubt in my mind that every child who died due to miscarriage or abortion are in heaven because they’re innocent. A death here doesn’t mean anything if somebody has eternal life in paradise.
