Court Rules Police Can Shoot Your Dog If It “Moves” Or “Barks”

I'm no attorney/lawyer but your logic is not one hundred percent sound:

I mean unless they're a drug dealer or hitman or something

"I'm a millennial, so I don't subscribe to labels."

See the fissure in the logic here? I did read the comment thread and I understand your discourse attempts to shed light on a different perspective. And I will not ignite a debate about Drug Wars, but I justly seek to give you some perspective on that type of thinking.

You immediately contradict yourself relying on the fact that society considers police officers as protectors, and the drug dealers/hit men as evil, categorically.

It is rather disappointing to automatically place certain people based on what they do for a living in a particular subset of unworthiness as a human being.

A hit man could be the kindest man outside of his work, and your fellow "drug pusher" might only sell marijuana/cannabis. Though I understand this comment thread is speaking to plausibilities, statistics, and likelihoods; I merely set out to offer a different perspective.

I have no doubt that I could be wrong, in fact, this is all just conjecture from my view point.
