Customer grabs McDonalds employee...she’s not having it

This is an example of a manager at McDonald's who really shouldn't know how the fuck to deal with the situation.

Christ, it's so remarkably easy to sit bravely behind the screen and virtue signal yourself to death. He's a fucking fast food manager. Not everyone is equipped to know how to handle that. There's no place in the world that trains a person to "bend over and grab your ankles if a customer assaults your employee." Like what in the fuck are you talking about? At most they receive a short blurb on a long training video that advises them to call the police, yet you want this guy to spring into action like a well trained cop.

You don't get to decide what kind of a person he is based on how he acts in a stressful as fuck situation.
