Hello everyone! I wanted to come here to make a post to hopefully warrant some of you teenager to avoid making the same mistake that I did. Let me elaborate & add some details. At this current moment I am 20 years old, I have been lifting weights pretty religiously for about 5-6 years now, and I have indeed made tremendous strides specifically in the bodybuilding department. I’m about 6’ 184lbs roughly 10% bodyfat if I was to guess (check my physique posts somewhere on my profile if interested).
