i have 40 pity now in weap banner with no chance to get off banner weapon....is it worth wasting my guaranteed rate up on this banner? i need some thoughts/different perspectives regarding this. i'm ar59 low spender.

my ayaka with jade cutter does 34k burst tick and mistsplitter may add another 6k dmg to that. it's also a nice replacement of my bennett weapon which is aquila. if I get unforged i'll give it to my c3 diluc but then said diluc c3 is currently benched because I already have a hyperinvested emblem catch xiangling which does about 80k+ pyronado vapes...but then I was thinking with unforged, diluc may not be as bennett dependent because that weapon gives lots of atk as long as I pair him with zhongli.
