If your goals are to gain more general strength, I wouldn't try to stay at 12% body fat.

Also yes try to get some rest days in between.

Not enough core work on each day. Some even have zero.

Day 1: Try some z-presses sometime, instead of incline dumbbell presses. You basically sit on the floor with your legs together in front of you, and you stabilise your torso to press. Very good for improving your core, which will improve your overhead, which will improve your bench.

Day 2: Squat, Trap bar deadlift, dumbbell romananian DL, and a barbell row? I would pick one of the last two, instead of both, then add in core and lower back work (you got leg raises which is good).

Day 3: You might not need the negative chin ups here, because you have rows and a lat pull down, maybe pick between the two? MORE CORE WORK.

Day 4: I would replace with a strict dumbbell shoulder press, or do both with push ups at the end. MORE CORE WORK.

Try doing more dumbbell carries, more core work. Replace the shrugs and lateral raises if you have to. And some of your days might have too many variations of compounds.

That's my critique, focusing on general strength.
