Beginner (5 months into lifting). Experimented with a lot of different exercises/splits and I've been following this PPL for a week or so
PPL six days a week.Every exercise 3 sets 8-12 reps(slightly more for isolation slightly less for compounds)
Push*2
1.Overhead press 2. Dumbbell flat bench press 3. Incline dumbbell bench press 4.Pec fly on the machine 5.Lying Tricep Extensions with a EZ bar
Pull*2
1.Rack(below knees) pull deadlift . 2.Lat pull down 3.V bar pulldown 4.Chest supported dumbbell rows 5.Alternating dumbbell curls
Legs*2
1.Squats 2.Leg Press 3.Walking lunges with DB 4.Leg Extensions
Two questions
1.Im focusing more on the big three(Chest Back Legs with 24 weekly sets for each(18 for chest)).Am I making a mistake in not isolating my arms much?
2.Is this less volume overall?
