It used to be far easier to find porn torrents on the internet with similar key words. Google did make it harder for people to find porn that wasn't on popular porn sites. That's just another example. You can search hundreds of instances of Google doing this throughout the decade.

Even the owner of Reddit blacklists subreddits from reaching the front page of reddit because he doesn't like them. If you still don't believe this happens, try running your own website. If you can refrain from censoring people, good for you. However, it's likely you will change the search results so no one finds any information about you.
