I've done two 12 week Test E cycles over 2 years, I'm 26 for reference and I've been "Working out" for about 7 years, however a lot of my workouts pre-gear were literally troop structured PT along with no real structure behind my diet. I started Pre-Selection training in 2018 and the trainer i had set me up with the macros and a little education about trt dosing this is my progress so far 160lbs - 220lbs @ 6'2" (keep in mind i dont "body build" I strictly run for "performance enhancing" to give me a boost for Selection) .

Now, that was for reference, as you can see it aged me a bit, my beard (not that i have one in any of the photos) grows in fully in under 2 weeks, my head is actually larger, i wore a Size S/M Combat helmet before, now im in the L/XL category, i even needed a new CBRN mask because my old one wouldn't Seal on my face properly. In recordings of my brother and i Who's actually 5 years younger you couldn't tell who was actually talking before, we sounded identical to most people, now I'm 1 or 2 tones(?) or octaves(?) off and you can tell us apart easily.
