I'm going to make a huge generalization here just because I can, but:
My cousin runs a warehouse where he purchases crap from estate sales, book sales, etc, then turns it around for profit by selling on eBay, Amazon, other sites and his storefront.
He recently purchased all the stock from a Christian bookstore that went out of business, so he ended up with hundreds of bibles, Christian books and such.
His seller rating on both Amazon and eBay is absolutely stellar. A lot of his stuff is on the occult side of things because it sells well. He has sold so much witchcraft, black magic, tranny porn, and all kinds of things with very very few angry customers (for the first 3 years he didn't even have a single negative seller feedback review and only 2 neutral).
However - since he started pushing out all this Christian stuff he has run into the absolute biggest most obnoxious group of entitled pricks that he has ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's fucking constant with these people (I often help him on weekends so I see it first-hand all the time). It's so bad that despite Christian stuff selling well, he is considering not selling it anymore because so many people suck so bad and it's costing him too much time and reputation.
For example, just yesterday some guy contacted him who was absolutely LIVID and a complete condescending prick because his bible was damaged. The dood became unglued. This was a brand new bible still in its shrink-wrap and the guy made it sound like my cousin burned the bible himself and then sent the dood the ashes, we figured it was damaged heavily during shipping or something.
Well, my cousin offered him a deal and said he would refund 50% of the price, or he would pay to have it shipped back where he would refund the guy fully. The guy sent it back. The "damage" was that there was a small slit in the fucking SHRINK-WRAP (which the guy circled with a Sharpie to try and make a point), there was absolutely no damage on the actual bible. It's not like this was some super valuable collectors bible, it was just a standard $15 bible you would see anywhere.
