I was in your position early in 2015, my husband was the bishop of our ward, very TBM and the couple of times I brought up the idea that TSCC might not be what we had been taught it was he shut me down. It was miserable.

It was impossible to talk to him so I finally wrote him a long email detailing my concerns, told him I couldn’t support the church any longer. He took it rather well, writing helped. After being released as bishop he did his own research and joined me in resigning from the church later that year. It’s certainly better now.
