Female Hockey Players: What size pads? Women’s?

i like everything looser so it doesn’t restrict or bind ever. but that’s just preference. i also try to get the newer womens fit pads any time i have to replace anything because they do fit better then mens pads. and i want them to keep making stuff for us

all of the different brands fit different so try on stuff to get an idea. start from the most important fits and work your way from there. so i start with skates and then get shins that fit with the skate tongue and cover the knees. then get pants that fit with the shin pads around the knee. i do the same up top. last time i got different skates they had a different style of tongue and i had to get new shins. because the way they work together is what matters.
