They're never going to do anything about it of their own volition. They have forgotten whose voices they were sent there to represent. The only hope the republic has is voters managing to put the fear of hell itself in every representative who does not yet support impeachment, then do it again, and again, and then start on your Senators.
Every week. Every day if you can manage it. Tell them over and over and over again that your vote is contingent on their actions in defense of our democracy, or failure to do the same.
I just sent this letter to my representative, and I suggest you all do the same. Drop the fucking gloves. Rage. Make an intern sweat a little and do your part to make their constituents start shouting louder than the donors' wallets:

I'll be frank. You've been an incredible disappointment. Instead of speaking truth to power and working to enact change by exercising your voice as my representative, you've bent over to accommodate an ossified, rotten political structure and the whims of its ancient, suicidal leaders who will be dead in the ground long before the worst consequences of their horrific reign begin to fall on their grandchildren.
This moment goes beyond the cowardice of your support for Pelosi and the centrist establishment that put us in this dystopia to begin with. You and everybody else in that capitol know that the eyes of history will look upon Donald Trump as the biggest criminal who ever set foot inside that Oval Office. And that's saying fucking something in this country.
The man has yet again openly called for foreign interference in our election and you remain silent. This is, of course, only the latest of his high crimes and misdemeanors, of which a WEEK can not go by without more being accrued, as has been the case from the very moment he was sworn in.
The fact that you have not yet voiced your support for defending the vested power of the people you're there to represent by exercising the full force and weight of congressional oversight via the initiation of impeachment proceedings on a man who is at this moment selling out our country with every fiber of his being is appalling.
It is inexcusable.
It is a shame you will never live down if you don't change course immediately.
Your name will forever be included in the list of quisling vichy legislators who sat on their hands in fear of losing a pitifully low amount of donor dollars in exchange for the literal future of the republic itself. Your useless tenure will be marked in ashes on the walls of the Reichstag along with the rest of the accommodationists.
Grow a fucking pair, Delgado.
