She's making fun of the unoriginality of your question by responding with a template of a typical answer. Dont be upset about it because the important part is she is engaging honestly with your question and I would assume she's not making any negative judgments about you based on it. A better response than "...what" would have been "over-dramatasized thinking before coyly asking if the obvious lie could be true?" Then if she responding continue the trend eventually I'd send something like "this is the most sarcastic flirting I've ever done on this app."
