Gender-neutral teacher being transferred to adult ed after pronoun controversy

I'm all about freedom, but this is just confusing. Mx...? That's not a thing. If she can do that then I should be able to call myself Best Doctor (BD.). But I would get in trouble. Because I am no doctor.

The second part is "my pronouns are they, them, their"

First, those are all plural. Teaching young kids that plurals can apply to singulars is just confusing at a time when the kids are just grasping those subjects. That just seems selfish on his/her part. Second, since when did we establish that people identifying with both genders can create a new one...?

As far as I can remember, thereve been feminine men and tomboys, as well as vice versa. Establishing a third one that hasn't been officially recognize and then teaching that to kids seems manipulative. It's a very divisive issue and if teachers can't be sensitive to that when teaching youth, it's probably best they teach people who understand his/her position.

Im just tired of the whole "if you don't 1000% support, you're evil!" That's bullshit and all of this makes me wonder about the true value of a gender studies degree.
