Listen, we teach others how to treat us, and you’re suffering because of YOUR lack of boundaries. Period. People will suck you dry. It’s not your FAULT, but it’s your responsibility. Take control of your life and say no. You will be stuck forever. Sit down with your sister and tell her you cannot help her any longer.

It took me until 30 to have boundaries. I could have so much more if I wasn’t so busy giving to everyone else. Don’t be afraid of them. If they cut you out of their lives because you set reasonable boundaries, that means they’re not worth it.

Enough is enough. Listen to the advice on here, stop loaning out money, get a bank account, and say “I can’t, please ask the baby’s father.”
