I'm looking for any experienced projectors who actively help/has helped those who have passed on. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice?

Do you AP?
If you do, go to sleep with a true intent to be available to assist, the beings of light will come to take you there. If you don't AP, you'll need to learn how to do it first, then you need to learn how to manipulate energy, this is necessary when you find them, you'll have to project energy around these people so this others beings can take care of it.
