in case you have missed it or just saw something you disliked and glossed over the rest of my post as a result:

1. Double standards exist in this situation due to the inequality of Reproductive organs in the fornication process.
2. there is Infinitely more Safety, and far less risk in boys of the pubescent age who wish to engage in sexual activity doing so with a partner who is far more experienced in the repercussions and risks of fornication.
3. There is infinitely less safety, and far more risk in boys of the pubescent ages engaging in sexual activity with girls of the same age, due to children not properly able to scope the actual product of pregnancy due to irresponsible fornication.
   
4. the inverse of statement two is not true when it comes to Adult males and pubescent females, due to the logic of Point 3.

but they don't even understand the nature of the discussion itself

the discussion, or topic of this post is the implications of an adult woman engauging in sexual activity with a pubecent male, and the judges decision to not follow the double standard mentality present in our country, where this is generally considered less heinous than the reverse of Adult male Pubecent female.

or the things that need to be understood in order to participate.

Logic - an adult female is far more conscious and aware of the risk of pregnancy than a pubescent female is, therefore the safer option for pre-adulthood fornication for a teenage male is with an adult female due to the decreased risk of pregnancy.

Reasoning - if an underage male were to engage in sexual activity with an adult female, the adult female has the resources, knowledge, and self sufficiency to handle, abate, and prevent any potential risks from that interaction, therefore it could be said that the more responsible route would be to allow the teenager to engauge in activity with the older woman versus allowing it with a girl of their own age and potentially resulting in a teenage pregancy that neither is ready for, and subsequently ruining the remainder of their lives due to the severe disadvantage that a teenage pregancy brings to the table in terms of financial burden, and social stigmatisim.

Ethics - Is it ethical to enact a double standard based on the logic and reasoning presented, and allow the consensual act between a teenage male, and adult female to continue? Yes- it has been a common place allowable practice for the better part of the recorded history of mankind- it only became taboo at the advent of puritan society in the founding of america by sexually repressed extremists.

Legality - Is this legal? No.

so yes i am making a valid point, i understand the nature of the discussion its self, and i understand the tools in which the discussion need be approached with. simply because my oppion deviates from the legal standard (or your own oppion) doesnt make it incorrect, or "not even wrong"
