Hotel meltdown

Hotel Worker here at a Large Ceasars hotel. Absolutely need more context If it was past 11 and she was just moving through the rooms, try to see what's ready to clean that's innocent Trying to push guests out is not something we even advocate, and yes , guests staying past and even lying about late checkouts are highly annoying . If it's past the time and I walk in with a guest still present, we politely say sorry and tell them we will come back later. This makes the day longer, but pushing guests is not something we do , and they eventually leave or stay another night. Yea, it's annoying. Yes, it is inconvenient. But pissing off the guests isn't the move.
