How to "ground" my daughter. Unique/complex situation.

You didn't read my post.

I'm probably going to have full custody in 2 weeks after the court date (that I mentioned in my post). I've been in and out of court for 2 years and yes, I've had a lawyer the whole time. I have an agreed order (and also an amendment to the joint parenting agreement specifying no contact). Him living on the apartment on the property is their way of skirting around the no contact order (I've mentioned this in my OP as well). 2 separate Guardian Ad Litem reports, both in my favor and the current one recommending I get full custody. One thing that complicates my case is that we live in a very small area and the local judge had to recuse himself so we have to wait for a judge from a neighboring county to be available. The state's attorney won't press charges. Also, as I'm sure you're aware with your professional experience, attorneys specialize in delaying things; especially when they know their client has no case.

It's not simply a safety concern. It's also an affront to my daughter's dignity.
