How do you protect your children from predators?

I told you how you're being judgey, you don't like it, you don't have to like it, and you don't have to agree, but it doesn't change the fact that the tone in your comment was exactly what every mommy-blogger with a newborn says...I'll never do this, I'll never do that, I'll never say this, or think that...I'll never be one of thoooooose moms. LOL...yeah, until that day comes when you're faced with the decision..."Do I stick with my unrealistic standards that I set for myself as a parent or do I just do what I have to do to get through the next 90 minutes."

My sister and my brother are living this right now...they were always telling me about all the things I've done as a parent and how they would never do that. Now I get at least one text per week from each of them saying "You remember when I said I would never ________? Yeah, well I just did it."

I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm telling you that you're going to change your mind. And FYI...the settings on netflix are just as easy to change as they are on youtube, so don't be surprised when you walk in and your kid is watching Orange Is The New Black instead of Paw Patrol.
