The hypocrisy of most large companies

I just googled this guy because I don't recognize the name. So this guy is a political activist that speaks out against oppression and injustice. He also was getting paid by a company that has sweat shop workers. I can kinda see both sides.

It's probably because I don't follow sports but I never understood his protest. He was protesting the treatment of black people by police by kneeling during the national anthem. I never saw the connection except to draw attention to himself. And there is definitely a problem with the treatment of black people by the police. I am not disagreeing but according to Wikipedia, he hasn't done much besides getting people talking. It's a complex issue but saying the police are bad isn't helping at all.
