Anyone else scared? Like I want this person to get help but like isn’t this how terrorist attacks start?

Look I live in the US too. I need to go to therapy but find my parents don’t take my mental health as seriously as I wish they would. I’m not licensed like the others have all said as well, but I highly suggest you breathe. Chill. What happened was wrong. I have been in a similar situation but not on the scale you have claimed yours to be. Breathe. You have every right to be angry, but I’m sure other people, as well as myself are getting very nervous reading this. You’re normal. You’re hurt, but you are not different or a freak by any means. There’s people here willing to talk, go chat with them. Hell, I’ll chat with you if you want, but I have some PTSD from my mentally ill brother and his anger issues (mental problems that have nothing to do with what you are going through). So if you want to chat, we can, it’s up to you, but take a deep breath.
