Why John Horgan and the NDP might want to engineer a spring election in B.C.

That's doesn't answer the question for me. I understand that corporations donate, but they do that for kick backs and favors. What I don't get is the logistics of buying my vote? I'm a working class jerkoff, so you've lumped me and others in with NDP/Green. A corporation gives money to the Liberals to win my vote. How are they turning me, other than ads? How would a mining company like Teck Resources pay money to a party to get me to vote for them.

In short, how is a mining company going to make me vote for the party of their choice???

The only real bought vote I ever see are the unions. Get the union leaders to support a particular party and they'll preach and use their own propaganda to put pressure on their members to vote the same. It's actually very sickening to witness and it happens every election. And ironically, isn't NDP the Union party? The Greens are not the working classes party. I'm in the Kootenays and I don't know many that support Green. The Hipsters, the stay at home moms, and those transplant yuppies from Vancouver do, but that's a bout it. I'm talking Nelson, Castlegar, Trail, Rossland. This area has also always been historically NDP for a long time. So we were on the bandwagon before anyone else. Why, because there's a tons of union jobs here.
