If we, in Canada discovered that some Russian came in our country and used nerve agent supplied by the state, and that one of our citizen directly died because of it, or that an ammunition depot was sabotaged and exploded because of a Russian agent like in the Czech Republic ( painstaking detective work by Czech authorities has pointed the finger at Moscow - and Unit 29155 of Russia’s GRU intelligence agency) for this, well maybe suspending ALL Russian visas wouldn’t be implemented, but i feel it would definitely be discussed as was this guy tweeted.
