about what specifically? her rhetoric was never exaggerated even back in 2015-2017 it was never her rhetoric that was extreme, it was the ideas she was trying to push for - her rhetoric remains unaltered but her ideas might have buckled from alt-right into just straight (trad) conservatism - which would be 1. expected since she had a kid and it's been 4-6 years from when she was actually doing harm on a significant level 2. very much plausible because people don't hold the same ideas forever especially after life-altering events such as having children.

tradconism is still significantly to the right of average social media poster sure, but most people here talking about how they wouldn't have a problem with her if only she just apologized for her past are lying to themselves - we all know how that would go - she apologizes the subreddit goes "ok now let's see how she does" and the second she makes a standard republican tier argument about immigration or refugess or anything really, most people here would just go "see she was lying, she'sa yathzee etc." so what's the point? why would she apologize? who benefits from her apologizing?
