What do you think about the drug abuse in our country? It’s hard to hold a job when you are shooting up every day. There’s a decent amount of unemployed drug addicts in the country. Not lazy, not ignorant, or evil (fucking lmao) just reality. I dont hate drug addicts, addiction is a disease. I don’t defend CEO who shaft their employees, but that’s the reality of a capitalist system with minimum wage. If you don’t like it either fight to raise minimum wage to an amount you deem reasonable, or vote for socialists. You can’t shit on wealthy people for not giving the money that they earned to people they’ve never met. You CAN force them to if you take political action and lobby for politicians who WILL force the wealthy to give money to impoverished people.

There’s a large number of impoverished people in the US who are mentally ill, addicted to drugs, gang bangers or simply have a shit attitude. Other countries are a different story, but there is plenty of opportunity in this country to make a living wage, there’s also government aid available.
