Mafia 3 was probably one of the worst purchases I've made on Steam, personally. I thought the first hour was pretty fun, if you looked past the horrendous technical issues and just played the game. After that, I found out, the entire game is just doing the same over and over and over and over again.

It became extremely boring, the graphics were.. meh. The cinematics were cool, but the gameplay was bad. There were plenty of issues, the game was even locked at 30FPS in the beginning for PC and for at week we had to rely on community created fixed for a large variety of issues. It also had plenty of crashes.

They also included a lot of stupid filters that made the game look really bad but couldn't be disabled, only toned down used, again, community-made modifications such as reshaders.

The driving was also horrible, the movement was stiff and the gunplay felt pretty bad.

I don't want to shamelessly plug my own video, but I feel it shows a lot about Mafia 3. The worst thing is, I created the video based on only 2-3 hours of gameplay since I didn't record the other bugs from the first... like.. 10 hours.

Overall, I think the game was pretty horrendous, and definitely a major disappointment to me.
