Yeah it can be partially, but why are you ignorant to the main cause which is gender dysphoria? It's a medical condition that gives a person discomfort and stress in theie own body, even when they transition they aren't 100% the opposite sex and could still have struggles.

Yes the African-American suicide rate does matter because your argument is their oppressed based on their appearance which is why so many attempt suicide. Which would only make sense if the African-American suicide rate is somewhat high too. So either there isn't a lot of oppression/ racism in America or having a psychology illness known as Gender Dysphoria plays a big role too. I do agree it's partially to blame though.
