I might be a terf, but...

In the UK Access to single sex spaces is enshrined within the equality act, which clearly states the protected characteristics of gender reassignment. This law has been in place since 2010.

The GRA has no bearing on the equality act, and therefore amending this wouldn't change who can and can't legally access certain spaces.

Transsexual people are protected under 'Gender reassignment', meaning that they must be proposing to undergo gender reasignment, undergoing a process to reassign their gender, or have completed gender reassignment. Therefore it has always been illegal for anyone who doesn't meet these criteria to enter certain spaces, having a GRC  has no bearing on this.

Trans womrn have always used facilities that match there gender... And will continue to do so.

Then we have this rhetoric behind "birthers" and "chest feeders".

One hospital in Brighton stated that nurses should use gender inclusive language ONLY IF the patient wanted them to..... This has been blown way out of proportion, with people claiming this now erases women, which it clearly doesnt!

It's men who are abusive for example saying to a rape shelter " I'm a women" or sexual predators saying in jail "I need to be in a women's prison" and it does happen.

The equality act makes it clear that where there is a a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim, an organisation can refuse service... In both these intances the male could, and should be removed..... Any updates to the GRA wouldnt change this.

Heres an interesting article addressing some of your concerns... https://katymontgomerie.medium.com/addressing-concerns-over-gra-reform-f6cea58f62fe

Trans people, aren't erasing women... They're just trying to live their lives!
