I have a mile-high to do list and zero motivation. :-(

Are you on adhd medication? I had the same happen often before I was diagnosed and given stim meds. First day on them and boom, got em done or at lasted started a few.

I didn't take care of my mental health though and slowly started to let things pile up. Life was better on rit/concerta until I graduated uni and started working full time.

Work was a nightmare as I felt no one was listening to me and I was on my own. Moved to part time and same thing. So, I had a conversation with my therapist who has an adhd specialty and he suggested I try an ssri.

Helps me out big time! I still get stressed and lose motivation sometimes but the two meds together allowed me to really focus on myself and my health.

I like to listen to these types of speeches:

They help me focus. Help me push myself to work out and work out longer and harder. "Success isn't changing EVERYTHING. Success comes from making small changes, continually."

Not verbatim, but you get the idea. Those types of speeches are exactly what I need sometimes to refocus my life and de-stress.

Hope this helps!
